Information collected

The form may collect your contact information, company or customer details, property location, crop and acreage, treatment objective, access information, known hazards, nearby sensitive sites, scheduling preferences, and any notes you provide.

Why the information is collected

L&R Agricultural Solutions uses this information to evaluate and respond to your request. We may also use it to ask follow-up questions, coordinate with authorized parties, prepare pricing and scheduling, and maintain business records.

No contract or confirmed application

Submitting the form does not create a contract or confirm pricing, scheduling, treatment eligibility, regulatory approval, or acceptance of the work.

How information may be stored

Submissions may be delivered to a designated business email account as a PDF attachment. The form processor may create a temporary Google document to generate the PDF, then move that document to trash after conversion. Google and the recipient’s email provider may process and retain the message while providing their services.

Sharing and sale of information

L&R Agricultural Solutions does not sell information submitted by customers. We may share information when needed to evaluate or perform requested work, when directed by the customer, with supporting service providers, or when required by law.

Security limitations

We may take reasonable steps to protect submitted information, but no website, email, internet transmission, or cloud storage system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other unrelated sensitive information through the review form.

Retention

We may retain submission information as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, communicate with the customer, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Corrections and deletion requests

To request a correction or deletion, contact vferro.lrag@gmail.com. We may retain records when required for legal, regulatory, insurance, accounting, or operational purposes.
