Direct communication
You work directly with the people involved in the field operation, from the first conversation through application and recordkeeping.
We combine direct communication, practical field planning, and hands-on coordination with the people responsible for the crop.
Company overview
L&R Agricultural Solutions provides agricultural drone application services throughout Ventura County.
Every project starts with the crop, treatment objective, product label, PCA recommendation, field layout, access, weather, and timing. Those details determine whether drone application is a good fit and how the work should be planned.
We work with growers, ranch managers, farm managers, PCAs, pest control companies, and other agricultural businesses. Expansion into additional California counties is planned as local registrations and requirements are completed.
How we operate
You work directly with the people involved in the field operation, from the first conversation through application and recordkeeping.
Our work centers on Ventura County crops and terrain, including citrus, avocados, row crops, hillsides, and tight-access blocks.
We bring the site information, recommendation, field logistics, and customer responsibilities together before the work begins.
Safety and compliance culture
A sound application plan begins with accurate field information, clear responsibilities, and a disciplined go/no-go decision.
L&R operates under FAA Part 137 and an applicable Section 44807 exemption. The company is licensed in Ventura County and has California QAL-licensed personnel.
We are also insured and bonded. Identifying credential numbers, policy limits, and bond amounts are not published on this website.

Equipment and readiness
A successful application depends on more than the drone. We also plan transport, aircraft setup, batteries, water, mixing and loading, staging, access, weather, records, and communication with the customer’s team.
Our field setup is organized to keep equipment, support needs, and customer responsibilities clear before work begins.
Company pilots
Logan and Ryan are the company’s agricultural drone pilots and support L&R field operations throughout Ventura County.
